Greg Mike & Big Teeff Collaboration Mural

Toronto Street Art Graffiti

???? “STAY POSITIVE” collaboration by GREG MIKE @gregmike & BIGTEEFF @bigteeff for @torontocollective done back in 2015 .. I actually posted another photo of this back in 2016.. but I finally got a better picture without the car. Cars I find are always parked right in front of these murals.

I am going to repost it today.. because its “Blue Monday” – the most depressing day of the year. They say its because of the post xmas blues and the weight gain (I did notice my pants felt a little snug today) and the gloomy winter weather..

Apparently, the first one was on January 24th, 2005 and they even have a mathematical equation to mark the official date. Others say the “concept has no foundation in scientific research.”

Toronto Collective is an art shop where street artists can buy their aerosol spray and other artist tools. They also sponsor events and have street parties featuring .. you guessed it.. Street Art !. I can’t find anything about this particular mural on their website. But they do have events every few months.

Big Teeff is a street artist based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

On his Instagram Big Teeff calls the deer “Dennis Roddeer/Zanta’s Lil’ Helper”. I thought it was a moose..so – my bad.

Greg Mike is also a street artist based out of Atlanta. He has a picture of him working on the mural back in August of 2015. Sounds like they flew in just to work on this mural by going by their social media accounts.

That  graffiti character holding the “Stay Positive” is “LARRY LOUDMOUF”. “Larry LOUDMOUF speaks the truth and is the voice of many… ” according to Greg’s website

All I can say is “Stay Positive” – 63 days until spring !
