Indigenous Artwork West End

Found at intersection in Toronto. By two sisters Chief Lady Bird & Auralast, these were created near peace garden overlooks courtyard

More catching up on my Instagram Posts

This is across the street from the previous one by @auralast.. It’s a collaboration with her sister @chiefladybird.. It’s striking because when you see it you are drawn to cross the street to experience it.. They are very well placed and both equally beautiful works of art..???? I love the colors in both of them and they really make this particular intersection sparkle ????

Its also interesting that my friend @cherrylbird interviewed both of these artists back ???? in September right after I took this picture to feature them on her blog… Life is like a circle ⭕ . ..

Traffic Signal Artwork

One Utility Art Box ???? that I keep passing every week — now that I seem to be hanging out in this neighborhood a lot more lately.. This is from September 6.. But I took pictures of it last night ???? as well I really like the colors in it… It was done back in June and it’s by a peace ✌ garden beside a Starbucks.. And we all could use some more peace ✌& Art ???? these days.. Wasn’t going to use the layout format for this.. But it is the best way to show both the sides of it.. ( And Monique has a similar ???? to display it). The left ⬅ side is what you see if you are in the peace ✌ garden and the right ↪ is what you see when you are crossing the sidewalk.. There’s another similar artwork across the street — a collaboration with this same artist ????.. Monique says this is “Box ???? 21 of @start_streetartoronto..”. It’s a beautiful work of art ???????????? .
