Open Studio seems to be in charge of the Traffic Signal Boxes and they have gone with vinyl which makes perfect sense.

Never realized Micah Lexier what a big deal Micah Lexier is..
In 2015 he was awarded the Governor General`s Award for excellence in the Visual Arts.
