Mikha One Mural on Richmond St

Really sad to see this yesterday by Mikha one. This is such a great mural. He did this back in 2015 and it got tagged. Then he fixed it up in the spring of 2016 and here is the photo that I took on August 23, 2016.

Then, just earlier this year I saw on Instagram that it had been tagged again. Yesterday when I passed by I noticed that it looks even worse that it did a few months ago. Not sure why someone would do that .. but they did. I wish they wouldn’t.

When I posted it on my Instagram back in 2016.. this lady let me know that that is her son in the mural. There is even a picture on her Instagram account with the little boy in front of the mural.

Hopefully, the artist will repair it again.. but it must be really frustrating.

Alex Bacon & Smugone Collaboration Mural

Went back and got a better picture of this mural yesterday as well. I found out its a collaboration between Alex Bacon and Smugone. This is off an alleyway just north or Richmond. There is always someone smoking a cigarette at this location.

Another Destroyed Mural on Peter St.

Don’t know what the story is with this mural. There used to be a comic book store at this location but it burned to the ground a few years ago. I never went around the back but this must have been a mural for that business. All I can make out now is “Water Tokyo”. The rest of this artwork has been completely ruined.

Elicser Elliot Mural in Graffiti Alley

Think this is fairly recent by Elicser Elliot in Graffiti Alley. Was difficult to get a good picture because of the tight space. But you get the idea. He has lot of murals in Graffiti Alley – I think I counted at least 5.
