Elicser Elliott mural combo
Elicser Elliott combination. He's originally from Montreal but works in Toronto. We works in different mediums but aerosol spray is his most used for his murals
Mural street artwork or art refers to large or small murals that are found within the city of Toronto as defined by me. I don’t claim to be an expert as I am learning about public art as I go.
These are images that I have captured around town going back as far as 2014. Some of these pictures are done with spray or aerosol, others are actually hand painted.
They appear in different forms, some of them maybe on a wall, others on the sidewalk. But to me they define what I consider to be mural.
Murals with the city might be done by a local artist or someone who is town doing a special project.
What is most captivating is the long lasting nature of a mural. Something that was done in a short period of time (perhaps even a day) has a long lasting impact that changes the cityscape forever.
