More Montreal Street Art

These photos (plus video) were taken in the core – around St. Laurent where the Murale Festival is held. Later on I explored areas further out. – so stay tuned.

Blue Door Artwork

Not sure if that is someone’s place but I like the way they painted their front entrance way. Artwork like this can be found all over Montreal.

Tristan Eaton Mural

Found this on his IG:

“Norma and the Blue Herons’, featuring golden age, Oscar winning film actress Norma Shearer ” – 2018

From Wiki:

“Tristan Eaton (1978) is an American artist. Primarily known for his toy designs and street art murals, Eaton is also a graphic designer and illustrator”.

Wiki

That mural is way up high on the building and it was for Murale Festival 2018.

Miser Mural

Below the Tristan Eaton you will find this mural. I don’t know anything about this artist and looking online it appears that no one else does.

Frog Mural

Right next to the Miser mural is this mural by the artist who goes by Frog.

Neon Mural

This mural is above a store. Neon is a chainstore that “stocks the essentials when it comes to footwear, apparel and accessories like Levi’s, JanSport, Vans, and Converse.”

Alors Graffiti

All over the downtown core you will stumble upon these floral looking tags. They are even up on the rooftops.

Philippe Mastrocola Mural

I found this artists website and this mural way created back in 2015.

“Graffiti became the center of his artistic drive and Philippe got submerged by it”
