Thelia Shelton Beach Mural
Another snowstorm today.. but this is why I like street art so much ! I passed by this mural by Thelia Shelton. It’s a beach scene .. which is so welcome right now !..Nothing like a mural to take to you to another place. That’s what this mural did today.
I couldn’t find much out about this artist.. I found her Instagram and she says this about the art “Just finished my mural located at Dundas St. and Seaton St…” and that was back in 2017.
After a little digging I found out that she was one of the artists who did the Driftwood sign back in 2017. Someone even has an interview with her and Julie Ryan
I checked out her personal art website that she listed on my photo.. it just had a series of photographs of some other art “The Movement of the Masses series of drawing came about as a result of wanting to combine my love of drawing with my love of abstract painting.”
That is all I could find..
