Early October 2020 Urban Exploration Murals
Thanks for coming back !
These are most of my finds from Early October and some from late September. With COVID keeping everyone in the city – people have been exploring their own neighbourhoods and finding street art. When I first started exploring I was kinda nervous about going into back alleys.. aside from garbage, a few rats – it’s fun.
A lot of them have some of the best street art in the city.
Nick Sweetman Mural
From over three years ago.. this mural by Nick Sweetman was for Dreams festival. Surprised this one has lasted this long. He should repaint this one.

Rodrigo Ardiles Mural
Definitely an unsung hero ! Rodrigo Ardiles has been maintaining a lot of the murals for the Dundas West BIA – as well as organizing some of their events. I’ve run into him several times and he’s an interesting guy. Very creative !
Mony Zakhour Mural
This by Monyzak is apart of the Dundas West Museum.
Basically, this entire area has street art scattered around and anyone can explore. They have tours that you can arrange from their website.
“We offer personal tours of the Museum as a way to explore these spaces and learn more about the neighbourhood’s past and present. Tours are available in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.”
To request a tour please email: tours@dundaswest.museum Tours must be booked in advance.
