Not going to claim to know all the folks in the Montreal street art scene. Its gotta be the largest in Canada.. so many artists and so many artworks it would take years to cover it. Just a bit to show ..

Lots of cool stickers all around Montreal. You would think that most of them would be in French.. but nah.. I would say most of them are in English.. don’t tell the language police.
Seth Globepainters Mural
“Born in Paris in 1972, Seth began expressing himself on the walls of his city in the mid-90s.
His stomping ground was the 20th arrondissement, where he made a name for himself in the graffiti scene by painting characters.”

Obey Giant Mural
This space was the original site of the Murale Festival. It seems to be going the way of Toronto. Condo Condo Condo. Its too bad — some of the best murals were at this spot.

Satr Mural
Satr lives and works in Guangzhou and has been involved in street art since 2013. Her original technique of using spray paint atomization to create unique contours and shapes gives the animals in her paintings a dynamic, almost smoky quality.

Graffiti Granny Mural
One of the original murals from the early Murale Festivals I believe. There was lots and lots construction happening here.. so she was looking a worse for wear. Last year they fixed her up and added some new touches on this fine lady.

Hera Mural
This year they focused on local artists for a change. Murale laid out a map on their website and they literally showed you the way to see all the recents murals in order. Well done !
